      You can make purchases as either a member or a guest.
      For guest orders, you can only check your order using the order number. If you don't remember your order number, please send your email address and contact information to 'needsthepet@naver.com', and we will respond after verifying your order.

    2. What should I do if customs fees are applied?
      Products purchased from "Needs The Pet" are shipped internationally from Korea, and customs duties and VAT may be charged in each country.

      The customs and tax amounts can only be confirmed during the customs clearance process, so they cannot be checked in advance. "Needs The Pet" is not responsible for customs fees, which must be paid directly by the recipient.

      In case of rejection of delivery or return due to customs charges, the domestic shipping fee + international shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
